1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our web site, User agrees to comply with all of the terms and conditions hereof. The right to use dosail is personal to User and is not transferable to any other person or entity. User is responsible for all use of User's Account (under any screen name or password) and for ensuring that all use of User's Account complies fully with the provisions of this Agreement. User shall be responsible for protecting the confidentiality of User's password(s). Dosail Canada Corp. shall have the right at any time to change or discontinue any aspect or feature of dosail, including, but not limited to, content, hours of availability, and equipment needed for access or use.

2. Changed Terms

Dosail Canada Corp. shall have the right at any time to change or modify the terms and conditions therein, or any part thereof, or to impose new conditions, including, but not limited to, adding fees and charges for use. Such changes, modifications, additions or deletions shall be effective immediately upon notice thereof, which may be given by means including, but not limited to, posting on dosail, or by electronic or conventional mail, or by any other means by which User obtains notice thereof. Any use of dosail by User after such notice shall be deemed to constitute acceptance by User of such changes, modifications or additions.

3. Availability

Dosail may contain information regarding the availability of merchandise. This information can be used to estimate the likelihood that an item will be shipped immediately after you place your order. Unfortunately, Dosail Canada Corp. cannot guarantee that an item listed as "in stock" will actually ship right away, as inventory can change from day-to-day. In rare cases, a product or service offering may be in stock when a customer places an order, and sold out by the time Dosail Canada Corp. attempts to process the order. If this happens, Dosail Canada Corp. may try to attempt to notify you by email.

4. Pricing

Our web site is a multi-merchant marketplace and handles many products on any given day. Despite best efforts, pricing errors may occur. Dosail Canada Corp. reserves the right to cancel any orders containing pricing errors. While we make every effort to ensure our pricing throughout the site is consistently perfect, mistakes can occur.  In the rare instance that there is a difference between the price you see throughout the site and at checkout, the price shown on our checkout page shall always be taken as the final price for purchases on it.   

5. User Conduct

User shall use dosail for lawful purposes only. User shall not post or transmit through dosail any material which violates or infringes in any way upon the rights of others, which is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, vulgar, obscene, profane or otherwise objectionable, which encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any law, or which, without Dosail Canada Corp.s prior approval, contains advertising or any solicitation with respect to products or services.

6. Member Account, Password, AND Security

If any of the Services requires User to open an account, User must complete the registration process by providing Dosail Canada Corp. with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form. User also will choose a password and a user name. User is entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of User's password and account. Furthermore, User is entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under User's account. User agrees to notify Dosail Canada Corp. immediately of any unauthorized use of User's account or any other breach of security. Dosail Canada Corp. will not be liable for any loss that User may incur as a result of someone else using User's password or account, either with or without User's knowledge. However, User could be held liable for losses incurred by Dosail Canada Corp. or another party due to someone else using User's account or password. User may not use anyone else's account at any time, without the permission of the account holder.

The links in this area will let you leave Dosail Canada Corp. site. The linked sites are not under the control of Dosail Canada Corp. and Dosail Canada Corp.is not responsible for the contents of any linked site or any link contained in a linked site or any changes or updates to such sites. Dosail Canada Corp. is not responsible for webcasting or any other form of transmission received from any linked site. Dosail Canada Corp.is providing these links to you as convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Dosail Canada Corp.of the site.

8. Return

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags and labels on it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For return item, we’ll only refund the item’s price, you will pay the shipping cost from and to your location . Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

9. Exchange
If your purchased items are in like new condition with tags , labels on it and the original packaging, you may exchange your items for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay shipping cost from and to your location. 

10.Products or Services

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store, but the color may still have slight difference between the pictures shown on your computer and the real products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis

11. Refund Request

We don't accept any statement of stolen credit card and request a refund request .

12.Disclaimer of Warranties

   We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable. You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk. Dosail Canada corp.has no liability for any loss, injury, claim, damages of any kind etc. arising from your use of any of the service , content posted, or any products produred using the service. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

 

13. Termination

Dosail Canada Corp. reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion. Dosail Canada Corp. reserves the right to limit quantities, in orders, and affiliates earnings.
